Screen Share

There are several ways to share your screen in Vatom Spaces, whether you want to share your screen to the people nearby, to an in-world screen, to a presentation zone, or to everyone in the entire space!

Screen Sharing is a Metered Billing Plugin, however the first 100 minutes are free each month.

Screenshare Plugin

Share your screen anywhere in the space to the people around you by installing the Screen Share Plugin. Once installed, "Screen Off" will appear in the user bar next to Camera and Microphone. 

Click Screen Off to start your screen share and choose what to share. A small preview will appear above the view controls in the bottom-right corner.

To a viewer, the screenshare shows up as Popup Windows, which can be moved, resized, and opened in "full screen" view.

Screenshare to an In-World Screen

If the in-world screen has a controller component and you have the correct permission, you can click the screen and choose "Share your screen".

Presentation Zones

In a presentation zone, you will see the "Screen Off/On" button in the user bar. Click the Up Arrow  next to Screen On/Off and choose "Current Zone". 

If you do not have multiple options, just click Screen Off/On to screenshare to the designated place.

Screenshare to Everywhere

With the Screen Share Plugin installed, Admins and Presenters can share their screen to Everyone in the space.Click the Up Arrow  next to Screen On/Off and choose "Everywhere".
