Bring Users

The "Bring Users" plugin is a useful guest management tool, enabling admins to bring everyone in the space together all at once. 

Admins can also create groups of users so that they can manage specific guests and not affect everyone.

Installing the Plugin

Get the Bring Users plugin for your Space in the Vatom Plugin Marketplace

As a Business Admin or Business Owner, open the Plugin panel and search for "Bring Users" in the Plugin Marketplace.

Add the plugin to your Business and then Install the Plugin into the space.

Using "Bring to Me"

Once installed, there will be a button added to the bottom bar labeled Admin, this will open up the Bring Users panel on the right hand side of the screen.

⚠ It can be uncomfortable or jarring as a guest to be teleported without warning. Please give your guests notice that you will be bringing them to you. The Broadcast Plugin can be used across the entire space.

Bring Everyone to Me

This button will pull every user in the Space to your current position.

Add a Group

This will allow you to create a group of users that can be pulled without affecting every user in the Space. Groups can be named, and you can add or remove users from the group at any time.
