What is the Vatom Wallet?

The Vatom Wallet is the underlying wallet technology behind some of your favorite brands, events, and digital campaigns. Your wallet can hold and manage Smart Digital Objects, Loyalty Coins, and Cryptocurrencies.

Vatom Wallet is a Browser-based wallet, available in both Web2 and Web3 browsers. Google Chrome is recommended for the best experience on both Mobile and Desktop.

The Vatom wallet is compatible across blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, Binance, Solana as well as all EVM compatible chains available to view and interact with your NFTs and Digital Objects. 

What are Smart Digital Objects?

Smart Digital Objects are network-aware, unique digital objects. They are held in your wallet but can change based on things you do, where you go, or even what the weather is like today.

How do I sign up for the Vatom Wallet?

Sign-up simply using your email address or mobile number at wallet.vatom.com. There are no passwords, when you log in you will be sent a one-time Magic Code to your primary contact address.

Our partner brands or events may have created an account on your behalf.

How does the Map work?

Vatom Smart Digital Objects (NFTs) can be dropped and picked up in Augmented Reality using the Wallet's built-in 8th Wall Viewer.

You can drop your objects onto the Public Map, it will leave your wallet and only exist in AR, at which point anyone can find it and pick it up. 

You can also drop Vatom objects in Metaverse Spaces with the same effect.

Why isn't my Wallet Loading?

Refreshing the Vatom Wallet page or SmartNFT experience is a fix for many common issues. 

  • Check Internet Connection. Internet connection is required.
  • Use Google Chrome Browser (Download Google Chrome)
  • Avoid using an Incognito Window or iOS Safari Private Browsing

Apple Safari and Incognito Windows disable cookies that are critical to Vatom Wallet, and may cause errors with the Wallet experience in Spaces.

How can I delete my data or account?

You can easily remove your data associated with individual businesses, or delete your entire account. See our guide in Account Settings.

WARNING: If your account was created by a partner app or loyalty program, this will disconnect your account and may cause errors in the respective app.
