Who is considered a Creator?

A creator is a user who is creating the NFTs in The Studio Creator Tool. They aren't always considered the artist but they are the one that is creating the NFT. If they aren't the artist, they need to have IP Rights to the artwork before creating or their work will be removed. 

In addition, they will be considered the seller once the NFT is distributed to the marketplace. If they do wish to sell on the Vatom Market, they will be distributed the set royalty % they chose in the NFT creation at the time of a secondary sale.
