How To Purchase & Install Plugins for my virtual Space?

How do I purchase a plugin?

Preconditions: 

1. You must be an Admin of the Space you wish to use the plugin in (otherwise you won't see the plugins button in the toolbar
2. You must be an Admin of the business (To check, sign in to studio & access the business settings to see if you have business admin permissions) 
   
   

How do I purchase a plugin through the Vatom Market?

Precondition:

• Ensure you have created a space where you can use the plugin in
• Ensure you are Admin of the business you created the space under
• Ensure you are a Space Admin (you should be if you created this space). If you didn't create the space, request an Admin of the space to give you Space Admin permissions. 

1. Navigate to the Vatom Market & sign in under the same account that you have a virtual space created with

2. Find the plugin you wish to purchase 

3. Select "Add to Space" 

4. Checkout (if the plugin has a price)

5. If you are an admin of more than one business, select the business in which you wish to use the plugin. 

Note: Your plugin purchase is only available for one business so if you wish to purchase the plugin for both of your businesses, you will have to make another purchase for your second business. 

How do I find the Plugin Purchased Through the Vatom Market?

If you purchased a plugin through the Vatom Market, you just have to go to your space (signed in with the same credentials you were signed in as on the Vatom Market) where you will find your plugin listed under the My Plugins tab Purchased section of the Plugins menu. From there, you can easily install the plugin. 

Once installed, you will see your plugin listed under the My Plugins Installed section. If it's a plugin that has an icon and is to be used by the users entering the space, it will be listed in the bottom menu navbar. If it's a plugin that is universally installed and used without selection, you can manage and control the plugin from the My Plugins Installed section. 

NOTE: In order to see the plugins menu, you must be the space admin or have the space admin give you space admin privileges.  If you are the owner of your space, you should be able to access plugins by the Plugins button on the header nav.

To check if you have Studio Business Admin privileges, visit Studio.Vatom.com and view your business settings. 

How to Purchase a Plugin from a Vatom Space

Preconditions: 

1. Ensure you have created a space where you can use the plugin in
2. You must be an Admin of the business (To check, sign in to studio & access the business settings to see if you have business admin permissions) 
3. Ensure you are a Space Admin (you should be if you created this space). If you didn't create the space, request an Admin of the space to give you Space Admin permissions. 

1. Go to the Plugins button in the header toolbar of the space (if you don't see this, you need the Space Admin to give you space privileges)

2. Select the Plugin Market tab to see all the plugins available in the Vatom Market for purchase. 

3. When you find the plugin you would like to purchase, select the blue button with the price or "free"

4. If the plugin has a price, you will be navigated to the Vatom Market checkout to pay for the plugin. If it is free, once selected, you will find it under the Purchased section. 

What do I do after I purchased a Plugin Through a Vatom Space? 

After you purchase your plugin, you should get navigated back to your space to use your plugin. Your plugin will be listed under the My Plugins tab Purchased section of the Plugins menu. From there, you can easily install the plugin.

Once installed, you will see your plugin listed under the My Plugins tab Installed section. If it's a plugin that has an icon and is to be used by the users entering the space, it will be listed in the bottom menu navbar. If it's a plugin that is universally installed and used without selection, you can manage and control the plugin from the Installed section.

Simply click on the title of the plugin from the plugins menu and you will be navigated to the listing page where you can find the Configuration tab.
